Mainely Memories Newsletter - January 15, 2009
Happy New Year! This year has begun with the usual January weather but has been becoming colder and colder. Freezing. Staying inside to keep warm offers the perfect opportunity to get out your scrapping supplies and get busy!
January offers the ability to start a 2009 Year in Review album. This is a quick and fun way to review your family’s year in 13 easy layouts. With one page for each month, it is easy to maintain. You can work in at least one layout a month, right?! Bazzill Basics 6x12 albums are perfect for this type of album and in stock. Samples albums from 2006, 2007 and 2008 are available in the studio for ideas!
Imaginisce Fairy Tale paper has arrived. Perfect for little girls and anyone else who is a princess. Also arriving is the new Wescott titanium 12” paper trimmer, Just the Edge in all colors, new In Stitch’z templates, Bazzill A2 and A10 envelopes, Page Flippers and Paper Wizard die cuts.
The year end stockroom clearance sale is on! The sale table includes many extra class projects and card kits that you have may missed. Lots of neat stuff from last year’s season is on sale to make room for this year’s new products. Stop in during any schedule class time or call for a convenient shopping time.
There are seats available for tomorrow night’s TGIF crop on January 16th. The open class is from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am and the cost is $20.
Call (428-3944) or email () to register.
Crop for the Co-Op is the next event that Mainely Memories will be attending. Located in Falmouth, this is an all day event with available seats on Saturday, January 24th. Information can be found on my web site or you can email me with a request for a flyer with all the details. I will be offering a layout class during the crop. Check your calendar, mark the date and start packing your toys!
The K.I.S.S scrapbook weekend will be at the Radisson Inn in Manchester, NH. The weekend event is my personal favorite and is on February 20th-21st. Registration is now open and the Radisson is taking reservations at the convention rate. Classes are posted! Information can be found at http://www.kiss-scrapbookevents.com. Mainely Memories will be doing make-n-takes in the booth this year. Stop by and say hello.
The current class schedule is posted on the website– make some time for yourself and your hobby this year. The classroom is fully stocked with hundreds of Quickutz dies, punches, Accucut machines and many more tools for your use. Tons of ideas, samples and other croppers to keep you hopping in the studio. If it is impossible to make it to class– that’s okay too! Just keeping taking photos and writing in a journal or notebook. When you have the time, you will be ready to go. Register today by phone or email.
